Pal

Pal is music by Albin Johansson from Malmö. Using guitars, analog synthesizers and vintage drum machines he makes a sort of lo-fi electronic pop music. It sounds suggestive and dreamy with melodic vocals and easy lyrics.
It all started out in 2008 when Albin made a simple recording of some songs in his apartment. A myspace page and some CD:r’s resulted in several live performances, and some credits in various demo columns in magazines. Since then, Pal has played all over Sweden in clubs, cafes, festivals in the country and has also made two trips to clubs in Berlin. In live context often Pal extended to include more musicians. A debut album is being recorded in spring 2011.
